A roadshow in the Benelux for Huawei featuring a special truck that stopped at multiple venues. The truck was equipped with all Huawei products and unfolded into a full showroom, including an AI-powered photo booth that let visitors choose different settings and outfits for their pictures.

The main challenge was finding a venue with parking large enough for the Huawei truck, without disrupting other guests, and close to the spaces where the speaker sessions were held. After extensive searching and multiple venue rejections, we eventually found the perfect fit for all three locations.
